This Strong Flow Class is designed to empower you in many ways.

This practice is cardio based and core instensive using variations of asanas in order to give the body a complete physical workout.

The health benefits are immediate eliminating toxins by twisting, turning and sweating. Ideal for improving stamina and strength as well as flexibility and focus.

This sequence will challenge your perceived personal limitations aimed to inspire your yoga practice with new perspective on and off the yoga mat.

No Experience Necessary! Come as you are, not as you think you should be! 🙂
